Last Day in the office!

Hi guys! It's my final moments working from the Blackbaud cube in Charleston. Slightly nostalgic (but not TOO sad...) but am going to miss Morgan giving me daily updates on what's happening in entertainment ("That Kevin Federline is such a douchebag").

Had a "farewell" outing to the Riverdogs game last night. It was "Go Back to Ohio" night. (For anyone not in SC, there are more Ohioans (Ohionites? - whatever) in Charleston than there are in the entire state itself. Go Buckeyes Go! I mean, really go! Then, it was off to cocktails at Chais and OBrion's. I feel like I'm missing a bar here but that's the kind-of night it was. Thanks again ladies!

One week to go!

Hi everyone! So, I decided to start a blog chronicling my Denver adventures - which will officially begin when Dawn and I hit the road one week from today! Crazy! And unlike my chucktowngirl.com website, I plan on updating this on at least a weekly basis.

The only bad news about this whole move is that it looks like I will be leaving Mr. Morris with Mom here in Charleston.

I've always said he had a screw loose... well, when Dawn's cats came into the picture, his wiring broke all together and I had to save both of us some stress and take him to Mom's. Luckily, Mom has a soft spot for old Mr. M so I think he's actually a lot better there so it actually works out fine.

It'll be plenty of adventure enough driving 3 cats cross-country! We imagine then to look like this most of the way:

So, this week's activities will include finally packing up my apartment and heading to the Riverdogs game with the Blackbaud crew for "Go Back to Ohio" night! It'll be good times for sure! Okay, going to wrap this up now but keep coming back! I promise I'll update it as much as I can!
